Our Farmers

TAGHINI FOODS produces a large percentage of her chicken. We also work in conjunction with a small number of growers, over ninety percent of whom are based in South Western Nigeria.

Most of them are independent farmers managing their own flocks, grown under contract for TAGHINI FOODS. Our farmers source their own chicks, all of which are reared in Nigeria.

Strict rules as regards drugs and other raw materials to be used are applied so as to produce chickens of our preferred standard.All of our farmers also meet the standards laid down by Nigerian law as a minimum. New suppliers are always welcome.
